The Carmello-Harper Group is located near Birmingham, Alabama and approximately ninety minutes from Atlanta, Georgia. We provide, at no cost, written proposals for seminars, consulting services and project management. Fees are clearly identified and we work to ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of roles and achievable expectations.
Every project, from short to long-term, encounters variables; therefore, the CHG provides most clients with proposals outlining the primary stages and projected timeframe for each. These stages have defined benchmarks which literally frame the project's progression and the corresponding organizational commitment needed to advance through each level. This allows for all parties to evaluate initial assumptions, adjust the objectives, refine the timeframe, expand any capacity needs, or if necessary, terminate the project. If the CHG cannot assist you, we will communicate this before any costs are incurred, and if possible, recommend another firm to better address your needs.
